``At YaYaHi, we clearly understand the importance of privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of YaYaHi's applications and its services ("Products") on all platforms.


YaYaHi ("we") establishes this policy to explain our privacy practices so that you understand what information we collect from you and how we use and disclose it. We collect your information to provide corresponding services and improve the user experience. When you agree to this Privacy Policy, we will also collect your usage, statistics and input when you use YaYaHi. By using our products, you understand and agree that we are providing you with a platform to post content, including photos, voice, comments and other materials (hereinafter referred to as “user content”), and to publicly share user content.


A. What kinds of information do we collect?

When we provide YaYaHi services, we obtain information about you in the ways discussed below. Please note that we require certain types of information in order to provide you with the YaYaHi service.

Registration information and personal profile. YaYaHi allows users to register and create an account in the product using your mobile phone number or third-party platform account. When you create an account, we may collect the personal information you provide to YaYaHi, such as: your name, gender, birthday, self-introduction, current residence, emotional state, intention to make friends, occupation, language mastery, hobbies, users name, password, email, photo or phone number, etc. We also collect information from third-party accounts that can be used to identify you.


User Generated Content ("UGC"), such as comments, text, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code or other data or material that you upload, distribute or stream on the App while using the YaYaHi Services;


Payment information such as full name, billing address, billing zip code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number or other payment information required for payment;


Transaction information such as transaction serial number and transaction history after you purchase the paid service;


Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and events.


Information you provide from social media when you create your YaYaHi account by connecting to third-party social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google), or if you link your YaYaHi account with a third-party social media account;


When you use the product, we may collect information about the device, or information from your mobile device, such as the operating system, language and Android ID, your IP location, and log file when you use our product.


When you use YaYaHi, we may request phone status permissions from you to ensure the arrival rate of push notifications and avoid repeated pushes. We promise not to disclose any of your mobile phone information.


Small texts (Cookies). We may use small text files or similar technologies to collect information on how you use our products and their features.


You choose to post and/or publicly display information. You can post your photos, voice or other materials on our products and share them with others in our products / other people through our products. The materials you posted will remain under your control and you can still choose whether to post, display or remove them.


Log information (log). When you use the product, YaYaHi server will automatically record your created activities and related information. This log information can include: your click on links to our products, video streams you watch, the date and time you spent on web pages, product features and other statistics, and small text file information. We may also collect interactive information from you and products to understand your interests, customize and improve our products and features.


The information you submitted. You submit information that communicates with us, for example, the email address, name, and other information you provide when you use our feedback pipeline to provide us with opinions about our applications and services.You give other data to us, such as by syncing your address book. If you opt to import your address book, we receive your contacts information.If you sync your contacts with our Services, we will collect your address book information to keep growing your network by suggesting connections for you and others.You don’t have to post or upload personal data; though if you don’t, it may limit your ability to grow and engage with your network over our Services.


Data from others. Others may sync their contacts with our Services. We receive personal data (including contact information) about you when others import or sync their contacts with our Services, associate their contacts with Member profiles, or send messages using our Services (including invites or connection requests).


Your IP address and location information. When you use products to provide more specific features or services, we may collect your IP address or GPS (Global Positioning System) information. You can turn this feature off to prevent the product from collecting your IP address or GPS information, but please understand that after closing this feature may not be available.


When you subscribe or purchase paid services from us directly (not through the iOS or Android platform), you can provide us or our payment service provider with information, such as your debit card or credit card number, or other financial information .


When you use YaYaHi services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:


Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the accounts of other users you subscribe to, and information about your interactions with other users;


Information from Other Sources: We may obtain additional information from third parties and sources outside of the YaYaHi Service. For example, we may obtain other information from the Services you use or from social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have authorized us to access. When you access the YaYaHi Service through a social media network or connect the YaYaHi Service to a social media network, you authorize YaYaHi to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy


Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, make, model, and serial number of your mobile device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile operator, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number, and media access control address;


Information about your access to and use of other applications;


other location information, such as information based on your SIM card;


Mobile Advertising Identifier, used by mobile operating systems and used by advertising providers to collect metrics from mobile applications (Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID) to help us and advertisers deliver advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests ;


Metadata, which is associated with the UGC you provide to us, describes other data and provides information about how, when, who collected the UGC and how the UGC is formatted, such as hashtags and subtitles used to tag videos with keywords; and


Cookies, a small piece of data that enables us to provide certain features, are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use the YaYaHi Services, and to enhance your experience using the YaYaHi Services.


We may also collect, use and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information, but is not considered personal information because the data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing certain website features, to generate statistics about our users, to calculate the percentage of users accessing certain website features, or to calculate the number of ad impressions served or clicked.


Storage and access to cookies associated with the YaYaHi Services are governed by the YaYaHi Cookie Policy ("Cookie Policy").


B. How do we use the collected information?

We use your data to authorize access to our Services and honor your settings.We may use your information only in the following circumstances to provide you with better services:


Stay Connected


We use data about you to help others find your profile, suggest connections for you and others and enable you to invite others to become a Member and connect with you.


It is your choice whether to invite someone to our Services, send a connection request, or allow another Member to become your connection. When you invite someone to connect with you, your invitation will include your network and basic profile information. We will send invitation reminders to the person you invited.


Personalized user experience.


Assist in the development of our services - We may use such collected information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services.


We may collect information and use it in accordance with the above regulations, and recommend other user content or features that may be of interest to you.


We use this information to operate, maintain and provide you with the features and functions of YaYaHi; and to communicate with you directly, such as sending you emails and push notifications; and allowing you to send you on YaYaHi. The creation is shared with your contacts or social media websites. We may also send you service-related e-mails or messages (such as account verification, order confirmations, modifications, or updates to YaYaHi's feature, technical, and security notices).


Providing Services: Showing you the YaYaHi Service and its content, including any interactive features on the YaYaHi Service, and providing you with information, products or services that you allow us to provide; we also collect and use personal information to verify your eligibility and provide Prizes related to promotions and sweepstakes;


Service Improvement: To improve and personalize our Service by providing new services, information, suggestions and feedback;


Customer management: administering registered users' accounts, providing registered users with customer support and notices regarding their accounts or subscriptions, and notices of changes to the YaYaHi service or any other products or services we offer or offer through it;


Communication: to communicate and interact directly with you, for example, we may send notices about upcoming changes, promotions or improvements to the YaYaHi service;


Content Review: Review images, images and content posted or generated on the YaYaHi Service to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;


Content customization: to conduct research and analysis on your use or interest in the content, products, or services offered on the YaYaHi Services in order to develop and display content on our website and applications based on your interests;


Performance analysis: determine whether the users of the YaYaHi service are unique, or whether the same user uses the YaYaHi service multiple times, and monitor comprehensive indicators such as the total number of visitors, the number of videos watched, and demographic patterns;


Functionality and security: identify users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnose or fix technical problems, detect, prevent and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activity or intellectual property infringement;


Compliance: enforce our terms of use and comply with our legal obligations;


Aggregation: Aggregate the information we collect about you for one or more of the purposes listed above.


Cookies: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use them platform, enhance your experience using the platform and improve our services. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in images, also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs" that identify a cookie, the time and date the page was viewed, a description of the page on which the pixel tag has been placed, and similar information from your computer or device. By using the platform, you agree to our use of cookies.


Additionally, we use your email or other login or device information to associate your contact or subscriber information with your activity across all devices on our platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, whose information practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy.


You can refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings. As each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of cookies. In addition, your opt-out choices are specific to the specific browser or device you are using when you opt-out, so you may need to opt out separately for each browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable or delete cookies, you may no longer be able to use certain features of the platform.


Please note that depending on the specific purpose for which we use your personal information, we may process your personal information for a number of lawful reasons.


C. How your information may be exposed

We will not disclose your information to any other third party who is not in control of YaYaHi or is not controlled by YaYaHi or is not jointly controlled by YaYaHi. We also do not sell any of your information to any third party.


D. Third-party websites

Third-party information (such as information on your Facebook or Twitter account) is usually obtained through application programs, applications, services, and websites. We may provide links to third party websites such as Facebook as a service to our customers. The website may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on a third-party link on an application, service, or website, you may leave the application, service, or website. Some of these third-party websites may be co-branded with our name/stamp or the name/stamp of our related company, even if these third-party websites are not operated or maintained by us. YaYaHi will not disclose your email and mobile number to anyone. When you use Google pay, Apple Pay to pay, or use a third-party method such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to log in, they may let you enter your email or mobile number. For details, you need to read their privacy policy.


We will delete all Open Platform Data as soon as possible in the following circumstances


a.When it is no longer necessary to retain Open Platform Data for legitimate business purposes consistent with the terms of this Title and all other applicable terms and policies.


b. When we cease to operate the products or services previously used to access such Open Platform Data.


c. When a third party requests that we delete Open Platform Data for user protection purposes.


d. when you request deletion of your Open Platform Data or cancellation of accounts created in our products or services (except in cases where the Open Platform Data has been aggregated, obfuscated or de-identified and cannot be associated with a specific user, browser or device) or, in the case of technology providers, when you or a customer request deletion of their Open Platform Data or customer cancellation of accounts created in your products or services.


e. When required by applicable law or regulation.


i.If we are required by applicable law or regulation to retain Open Platform Data, we will retain proof of the applicable legal or regulatory requirement or request and make it available to third parties upon request.


ii.If we receive Open Platform Data in error, we will provide feedback to the third party, delete such Open Platform Data, and provide proof of deletion upon request.


E. Sharing users of your information

You share information with other users and we cannot control the actions of such other users. When you share information with other users of an application, service or website (including through Forums), we cannot and cannot control your information, and we cannot and cannot control how such other users will use or share the information. It is your responsibility to keep your password and account information confidential at all times.


J. Your choice

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is being sent. Please note that your choice to disable cookies will be specific to the particular browser or device you are using when disabling cookies, so you may need to disable cookies individually for each type of browser or device. If you disable or reject cookies, please be aware that some parts of the website may not be accessible or function properly.


You may request to opt out of allowing us to send you push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.


If you don't want to share, you can turn off GPS location, microphone, camera, or other similar features on your mobile device. You can also hide your location, uploaded videos, recent activity times, and more by adjusting your Privacy settings.


You may choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the YaYaHi service, as you may need such information in order to register as a user, purchase paid services, participate in promotions, surveys, sweepstakes, or make complaints.


You can limit ad tracking through your mobile device's privacy settings.


You can change your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information, or deleting your information, by editing your profile in the App.


K. your rights

The laws of certain jurisdictions grant YaYaHi users specific rights, as detailed in this section. You may have all or some of the following rights under applicable law. We will respond to your request as soon as practicable, in compliance with applicable law, usually within one month, after appropriate verification procedures. Your exercise of these rights is generally free of charge unless we deem it to be a fee under applicable law.


Right of Access - You may submit access to the personal information we collect about you by (a) using the help or feedback features on the C Service or (b) sending us your request by emailing support@yayahi.com ask.


Right to Correction - You may submit a correction of the personal information we collect about you by (a) using the help or feedback features on the YaYaHi Service or (b) sending us your request by emailing support@yayahi.com ask.


Right to erasure - You may submit a request to delete the personal information we have collected about you by (a) using the help or feedback features on the YaYaHi Service or (b) emailing us your request. While we cannot guarantee complete deletion of your data stored on our backup servers, we promise not to use the data on our backup servers for any other purpose.


The right to data portability - where technically feasible, you can request that we transmit some of your personal information to you or you specify in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format other environments, by (a) using the help or feedback features on the YaYaHi Service, or (b) emailing your request to support@yayahi.com.

Right to Object - You can always email us at support@yayahi.com by (a) using the help or feedback features on the YaYaHi service or (b) emailing your request. Please note that we may deny your request if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override your interests and freedoms, or if the processing is to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.


Your rights regarding automated decision-making and analysis - if you believe that such automated decision-making and analysis has significant legal or similar implications for you, you may ask us to stop automated decision-making or analysis (a) using the help or feedback features on the YaYaHi Service, or (b) Email your request to us at support@yayahi.com. We will review your request and let you know if your request is applicable to relevant laws and regulations.


In addition to the above rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority ("DPA"), usually the DPA in your country.


L. Children Privacy Policy

YaYaHi is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services (or such greater age required in your country for you to be authorized to use our Services without parental approval). In addition to being of the minimum required age to use our Services under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf. Any account from the user under the age of 18 will be terminated. Pursuant to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) in the United States, And once we find that the collected information is from a child, we will delete the information in our database. If you are proved the users engaged in child abuse, your data may be shared with related law enforcement agencies. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and believe that your child has provided us with their information, please contact us at support@yayahi.com.


M. retains your information

We will retain your personal and other information for as long as you maintain your YaYaHi account.


You can request deletion of your account at any time via Me > Settings > Account Security > Logout in the app, or by emailing support@yayahi.com. We will delete data that is not required to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements upon our making such a request for appropriate review. For example, we retain location, device and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period of time necessary for these purposes; while retaining such data, it may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. We may not be able to delete your account under certain circumstances, such as an account with a balance or an unresolved claim or dispute. After addressing the issues preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above.


If necessary, we may also retain certain information for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to unsafe conduct or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening new YaYaHi accounts in the future.


N. Contact Us/Report a Violation

If you have any questions or criticisms about this policy or our privacy practices, or report any violation of this privacy policy, or report an abuse of an application, service or website, please contact us at support@yayahi.com.


O. Change this privacy policy

We may change our privacy policy at any time. When the policy is revised, we will post it on this page, so please check it regularly. Where appropriate, we may provide additional forms of notice of changes or updates.


If you do not agree with any changes to this privacy policy, your only option is to immediately stop using all applications, services and websites. By continuing to use any application, service or website after posting this revised privacy policy, you are accepting the revised policy. Please note that none of our employees or agents have the right to change any part of our privacy policy.


P. California Privacy Disclosure

This California Privacy Disclosure page is in addition to YaYaHi's Privacy Policy. These additional disclosures are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act. This Privacy Disclosure Page applies to California residents and information that directly or indirectly identifies, relates, describes, or may reasonably be linked to California consumers ("California Information").

The personal information YaYaHi collects or collects from you within the twelve months prior to the effective date of this disclosure page falls into the following categories.

A cookie, a small piece of data that enables us to provide certain features, collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use the YaYaHi service, in order to enhance your experience using the YaYaHi service .


Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for Business Purposes


The personal information about you that YaYaHi discloses for business purposes within the twelve months preceding the effective date of this disclosure falls into the following categories:


Identifiers, such as your IP address;


Personal information, such as your credit card number, email address, telephone number and name, such as whether we use a service provider to process payments;


Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as whether we use service providers to help us collect crash reports to analyze the health of our services;


We disclose personal information to the following types of entities within the twelve months preceding the effective date of this disclosure


We may disclose your personal information to authorized service providers who perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, analytics, facilitating your registration or login, and supporting our features.


Your California Privacy Rights


Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to request information about YaYaHi's collection of your personal information or access or deletion of your personal information. If you would like to request information about the collection of your personal information, please email us at support@yayahi.com. If you would like to delete your personal information, you can delete your account at any time via Me > Settings > Account Security > Logout in the app or email us at support@yayahi.com to request account deletion.


Please note that certain information may not be subject to such requests under California law, and certain services may be limited or unavailable based on your data choices.


Personal information may not be sold. In the twelve months preceding the effective date of this disclosure, YaYaHi has not sold any of your personal information as these terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.


No discrimination. YaYaHi will not discriminate against any consumer exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
